Now one day Sanjay Roy, who was working, disappeared from this college without informing anyone and a cook had gone missing. It didn't make much of a difference so no one even paid attention to it.

Join into CIVIC VOLUNTEER

Now For the next 3 years, there is no trace of Sanjay Roy's whereabouts, then after 3 years i.e. in the year 2019, Sanjay Roy joins the Civic Volunteer Force of West Bengal. Initially, Sanjay Roy had joined the Disaster Management Group of Civic Voter Force, but by using some tricks, by flattering the leaders etc., he helped himself. After shifting from disaster management to the welfare cell of the civic volunteer force, because the welfare cell included hospitals etc., there was a lot of extra income by getting admissions by getting free beds in the hospitals, so every corrupt civic volunteer. He wanted to go to this cell, so after getting himself shifted to this department, he started going to the Government Hospital on daily basis and started earning extra money, so after the shift, he started coming and going inside the Surgical Medical College. It became very regular, no one would stop him, he would go there and get beds etc. for the patients for free and make money. After being shifted to the Welfare Cell, Sanjay Roy had joined the 4^th Battalion of Kolkata Police. Because the Welfare Cell comes under it, within about a year he had a very good hold within the RG Karr Medical College. He already had the skills to come and go because earlier he had also done boxing etc..

So due to this, he got a special position in RG Karr Medical College. He was given the task of handling the security around the emergency gate and trauma ward of Karr Hospital, but his main focus was to earn money like a broker by providing bus beds etc., and to make his connections and along with this, the new boys who used to come. They also used to get civic wallets made by taking money from them. Now see, like NSUI is the student wing of Congress, similarly there is ABVP of BJP, similarly there is the student wing of Trinamool Congress Trinamool Chatra Parishad (TMCP) which has a good influence in the student union of RG Karr Medical College and so on. He has a very good influence in the student elections held every year in RG Karr Medical College, so this Sanjay, who was the prominent leader of the student wing, used to flatter them a lot and he had made very good links with them. In fact it was also said that Due to this, that is, because of its dis- approval, many policemen were transferred, due to this, there was also a complaint that it played a big role in the transfer of six policemen from Thala Police Station and Shyam Bazar Police Station. And at that time there was this issue of transfer in which Sanjay Roy's name appeared, it was also reported by Times of India but even after that nothing happened, now along with this, in the same year i.e. 2020, Sanjay Roy They also got a barrack to live inside the hospital. It was meant for General Police Constables of OC rank, so he also got this barrack. At that time, this barrack belonged to ASI Anup Dutta, which Sanjay Roy had started using. It was given to ASI. Now after a year of this, That is, in the year 2021, there will be a big change in Hospital, a new principal will be made inside College, Dr. Sandeep Ghosh, before this he was also the Vice President of National Medical College, so a lot of allegation etc. were imposed on him, so he was transferred to RG Karr College. He was brought to the Medical College as the Principal and when he became the Principal, Akhtar Ali, who was the Deputy Superintendent of the Medical College for 16 years, had this to say and he also said this on record that he observed that this civic volunteer Sanjay Roy had become very close to the Principal.

To create influence on the people, he had got Kolkata Police written on his bike even though he was a Civic Voter and he had also got Kolkata Police written on the t-shirt he wore. People around him considered it to be police and gave them a difference. I didn't know that it had a very good reputation in the civic body and the police force at that time. It was very popular even inside the hospital campus, without any guard, one could easily go to whatever floor one wanted to go to. He used to go to the room very comfortably and when the time comes in 2022, he gets married again and gets married comfortably without any problem, but after a few days of marriage, he starts domestic violence. Just like he used to beat his first wife, he started beating her in the same manner but the limit was crossed when his wife was three months pregnant and even after that he kicked her, her health was very bad. It had become very bad, he would not even get treatment, he would beat me separately and then there is a complaint regarding this in the police station, the girl's mother comes and she complains and even after that when nothing happens, the girl's mother gets tired. Defeated, he takes his daughter back, but after some time, his second wife also dies.

Allegations Of Corruption

Sandeep Ghosh Now after this year comes 2023, at this time Sanjay Roy was living his life comfortably but at this time, the Principal of RG Karr College, his time was not going well and in June 2023, things progressed a lot. Had gone and people, students and staff had started making allegations that this principal is corrupt, he has committed financial fraud, he has also smuggled human body parts, such allegations were also made and they were saying all this. The main reason behind this was that Depal Kumar Ghosh, the Special Secretary of the Bengal Health Department, had made his inquiry public. In the report published by him, Special Secretary De Bal Kumar Ghosh had said that he who was the Principal Doctor of the RG Karr Medical College Sandeep Ghosh is the illegal activity taking place between him and the contractor. The principal is Sandeep Ghosh. He embezzled a lot of money in the construction and renovation work of the college and also signed a secret agreement with this contractor for the bidding process. It was said that the principals of the medical hospital are rigging the biomedical waste. Actually, in the hospital, along with the normal waste, there is also biomedical waste like used syringes, oxygen masks, etc., then all these things which These are not thrown in the garbage just like that, they can have a lot of harm on the common life, one goes for them and manages them so that they are not used again so that someone gets HIV etc. or any other disease. To prevent it from spreading.

And if we talk about RG Karr Medical College, its biomedical wage was only 4944 KG, which was a huge difference. Similarly, like digital skill lab is made in every college, RG Karr Hospital also had a digital skill lab when it was made. In August 2023, the Kolkata Police registered multiple cases against Dr. Sandeep Ghosh under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Financial Misconduct and when nothing happens. Akhtar Ali, who was the Deputy Superintendent of the college, went after the Principal. He made separate reports and started sending these reports to the Anti-Corruption Department, Vigilance Department, Health Care Department, etc. Akhtar Ali also wrote a letter to Mamata Banerjee and when Akhtar Ali did not agree. He was doing too much, so on the contrary, he got transferred from the college, but after some time, the students said that the principal was deliberately failing them, who had 70 marks in theory, by going on strike because of going against him. They were also failing in practicals and were not getting the internship, completion certificate. Without this, the students do not get registration. The students cannot practice. The principal had to hire a bouncer to walk inside the college, so in the protests that are going on right now, these students are also there who are already not happy with them.
So now coming to the current situation, all these things were going on, while doing this, the year 2024 had come, so in the same way, in March 2024, that is, in the same year, there was a woman whose son was very ill, then Sanjay Roy was the one who had wrong vision. She falls in love with him, he helps this woman, gets her son treated, Sanjay Roy himself gives whatever money he has for medicines and the woman becomes very happy with this, but what does Sanjay Roy do after that? He takes out that woman's number from the medical prescription and starts sending her dirty messages and calls etc. back to back. He starts harassing the woman a lot and forcefully calls her to meet her, saying that she will have to come and also threatens her. When the woman is left with no option and gets very upset, she takes her to Lal Bazar Police Station. One has to go to the police station and lodge a complaint. Kolkata Police head quarter is in Lal Bazar itself, so after receiving the complaint, the police call Sanjay Roy. The police got his call data record CDR extracted and checked his mobile etc. and he was caught in it. That this was really troubling, all the calls etc. had been traced by the police, now according to the law, charges of harassment under IPC, criminal breach of trust etc. could have been imposed on him, worldwide charges could have been imposed. In fact, he should have been removed from the position of Civic Voter, but I don't know what was the reason that nothing happened to him in this whole case and perhaps because of all these reasons, his courage was increasing. If action had been taken against him at the same time, then the incident that has happened today would not have happened.
According to the rules, if you hire anyone for the post of Civic Voter, then he should not have a criminal background, there should not be any case against him, but Sanjay Roy was there, his wife had already filed a case of domestic violence against him, on top of this, this case was also filed, even after that it was kept, now the complaint etc. was made by this woman, nothing happened to it but one thing. The thing that happened was that he had stopped harassing this woman again and exactly a week after this incident, another complaint was filed against Sanjay Roy in which he had misbehaved with a female doctor and had misbehaved with her. This means that he has a history of violence with females, of fighting with them, of arguing with them, he has never had any fight with any boy, so now this is a medical college, the current incident that has happened inside it. She was also a victim, after completing her MBBS from here, she was doing MD from the same college. Actually, after doing MBBS, doctors opt for post graduation program MD or MS for 3 years. They are called resident doctors.
In India, the condition of the resident doctors is very bad and they are made to do a lot of work. In a way, the hospital itself becomes their resident, hence they are called resident doctors. Similarly, in RG Karr College there are more than 300-400 such doctors. There were many resident doctors and the victim, who was doing her MD from here, was the only daughter of her parents. Her parents had educated their daughter by working very hard and earning money. Her father was a tailor and was in financial condition. His entire family was not well off and was waiting for him to complete his MD from this college because he was in the second year so there was very little time left so that he could become a doctor quickly. So what happens from here now that the first week of August month. It had started and from the 5^th of August to the 8^th of August of this year, I am talking about the year 2024. This Sanjay Roy was here as a Civic Assistant. He has to go to Salwa in Kharakpur because of some work of Civic Voter.

8th August Incident

Now he is there. He goes and comes back on 8th August and this was the day on which Sanjay Roy was going to commit the biggest crime in the history of this hospital, so on this day i.e. on the 8th of August 2024, Sanjay Roy, who was there during the day, used to come to the hospital. He had to get admission of a patient. This patient was a civic volunteer like him and was related to him and when he had come to the hospital for the work of this patient, at the same time he had also followed the victim from the CCTV footage. It was found that after getting the patient admitted, he roams around in the hospital for some time and after that he goes out of the hospital, after this again he gets some work related to an X-ray, related to the same patient and then again at 11:00 in the night. He comes to the hospital at o'clock and gets the work done and the patient's surgery was planned for around 1 o'clock, so he stays there, now the surgery starts here and he is a relative of the same patient who was his friend and was also a civic volunteer.
He sits behind the boundary of the hospital and starts drinking alcohol. Now when he gets some time after drinking alcohol, at a short distance from there there is a red light area named Sonagachi. Let's make a plan and then after reaching there, his friend goes inside, Sanjay waits outside on the road and teases the women who were going outside, after this his friend comes back, both of them are there. There is another red light area a short distance away from Chetal. There both of them meet together again. His friend goes inside and Sanjay, who was there, there was a girl on the road outside, he would give her money and get her private photos in his mobile. Now this is a little while. After some time his friend comes back, both of them roam in the same area and after that his friend books the bike and from there the friend leaves.
Now from here Sanjay who was there was drunk and alone. From here he watches violent adult content on his mobile, again goes to drink alcohol and then after some time he starts going towards the hospital. At this time it was around 2 to 2:30 o'clock at night and he starts moving towards the hospital. On the other hand, the victim had also come to the hospital. Her 36-hour shift was going on in which one had to work continuously for 36 hours with limited breaks and at this time you cannot go home. You have to stay in the same hospital, so you have to sleep, eat and drink. Everything has to be done in the hospital itself, so she was in the hospital for the last 36 hours. Around 11 o'clock in the night, this victim used to talk to her parents on the phone, after that she felt hungry, so the victim, she used to talk to her parents on the phone. They had two juniors in the first year, Arko and Soumitra, together they ordered food from outside and after that they planned to watch Neeraj Chopra's live javelin throw in the Olympics at that time and the TV was on. He was in the seminar hall on the 3^rd floor, so these three people reach the seminar hall on the 3^rd floor and all three of them were from the chest medicine department.
Now after this, the live match they were watching on TV and that was ends. Arko and Sumitra leaves the seminar hall and the victim does her study there. It was 2:00 in the night in the same seminar hall and there was a staff member. He goes to the victim and discusses some things about the treatment of the patient. Till then everything was fine, after that at 2:35 am a message came from the cousin of the victim and at 2:35 am she replied to that message. After that at 3:00 a staff Whose name was Golan, he passed by the seminar hall and by this time the victim was lying on a mattress with a red blanket on the floor inside the seminar hall and she was sleeping on top of it. Polysomnography was done in the sleep room at that time. A test was going on for sleep disorder and because of this, there was no other place to sleep so she slept there. She always kept a diary with her and used to write in it before sleeping, so that day also she had a diary and that Even during the day, she had written in this diary, she used to write about her future plans etc. like, she has to achieve gold medal from the surgical college, she had written the names of some big hospitals and it was written in it that if she wants to work here in future, then she has to work here now. She was sleeping inside the seminar hall and now the time was 3:50 am and by this time Sanjay Roy, who was there, had reached the hospital. When the CCTV was checked, he entered from the main gate of the hospital at this particular time.
Now after this, he searches for his victim in the entire hospital. It is not that he went there and met her by deception. In fact, there were different operation theaters and test departments. He goes there and sees if there is any female. If the patient was unconscious, he was actually looking for someone to commit the crime because it was seen in the CCTV that he was watching by going to different rooms and then at 4:03 am he would reach the third floor. And he enters the seminar hall. When he was entering the seminar hall, there was a Bluetooth ear piece inside his neck and because of this Bluetooth device, he will be caught later. Seminar will come next. After reaching the hall, he sees the victim there and then attacks, strangles him and beats him a lot. The victim struggles a lot. He entered the seminar hall at 4:03 am and in the postmortem it was after 4:15 am. There was a mention of death, so it means that there was a struggle for a long time and there was a seminar hall where speeches etc. were given and there was sound proofing, so due to this, whatever noise was happening, the sound was not able to go out. You already know the rest of the details, so I will not go into its details, but he had broken all his limits and after committing this crime, he came out of the seminar hall at about 4:40 am and was in the seminar hall for about 37 minutes. He stays here and after leaving here, he goes to the same barrack inside the hospital campus which was given to him and sleeps there very comfortably. He does not run anywhere. There was no tension in his mind. Now after this it is morning. When her friend arko goes to this seminar hall and as soon as he leaves, he screams a lot and after coming out from there, he tells everyone the whole situation, half of the clothes were lying on his body, there was an injury on his mouth, his glasses were broken. There was blood coming from the eyes and there were injuries all over the body and after knowing all this, a huge crowd gathered in the seminar hall within an hour i.e. between 6:00 to 7:00 am and 7:30 am. People were wearing shoes etc. If they enter too much, the crime scene was also destroyed, fingerprints were found at various places and at the same time, the higher authority also calls Principal Sandeep Ghosh, who is nearby from the hospital.
He used to live but after about an hour of the call, he reaches the hospital and instead of complaining to the police right away, first he himself goes to the seminar hall and criticizes them a lot for this matter so that they should first go to the police and report the incident. It was supposed to be told that one had to go and check first, now after this about 1 hour had passed and the principal reached his office and from there he called the police and informed and at the same time the assistant superintendent of the college said around 10:50 pm o'clock they call the victim's house, the victim 's mother picks up the phone and tells them that your daughter is unwell, please come to college and apart from this she does not say anything else and disconnects the phone. Now after hearing all these things, the victim The family members call again to find out what happened. When they call again, according to the parents, the Assistant Superintendent says that your daughter has committed suicide and on hearing all these things, the family members lose their senses and they start running towards the college. Let's start and on the other hand, at around 11:30 inside the college, the Additional Commissioner of Police and the forensic team had reached the crime scene. People put a lot of pressure that all the things are done by the Judicial Magistrate. It will happen in front of them because they had doubts about the things that had happened before, hence they say that all the things will happen in front of the Judicial Magistrate, now at the same time at around 12:00, the parents who were there would also reach the college and the parents would also reach the college. As soon as they reach there they say that they want to meet their daughter but they are not allowed to meet them. For 3 hours they continuously try to see their daughter once but they are not allowed to meet them after that at 3:30. The parents are shown their daughter's body and as soon as the parents see it, they say that this is not a suicide, what are you talking about, it’s has killed by someone to her. Now from here the word starts spreading and all the doctors who were there, leave all their work etc. Everyone started gathering. Everyone was very angry because such a big thing had happened with an on-duty doctor.
Now by 6:00 in the evening, the body was sent for autopsy and at this time The victim's friend shows a lot of wisdom. She says that without videography, there will be no Autopsy, so she puts a demand for this thing there and because of this, the entire autopsy is video recorded. And when it is told in the initial report where the injuries have occurred, then everyone understands that this is not a case of Suicide, this is a case of rape and murder.
It’s been a while since the incident happened though but still no one had filed an FIR and even the postmortem is done without the FIR being registered. As soon as this report comes, people start saying that it could be gang rape, no one person has done this. So this is because the word started spreading that 150 MG semen has been found and on an average an Indian male body produces only up to 5 MG, so this thing is not possible, hence people started saying that it is, however later on this thing was found to be wrong.
It turns out that there were many other substances in it as well. The doctors were watching the way this entire situation was being handled and they were suspecting that there was some deep conspiracy in it, that all these things were being hidden and the It is being done in a systematic manner, that is not right, all the things had been done, even postmortem etc. had been done, but no one had lodged an FIR, then the father of the victim went and lodged an FIR. The students said that the police also acted very quickly. They immediately went to the cremation ground and got the cremation done. Three bodies were already in the queue. The police removed them and started the cremation of the victims' bodies and people were getting very angry about it, why did it happen so soon?
These people are worried that now politics starts from here. People were very angry and the government had understood that now all these things will go out of their control if they handle it properly. If you don't do it then the police department is immediately informed to arrest the accused by whatever means. Now from here the police starts the investigation with all its might. When the police reached the crime scene, they found a person there. A Bluetooth ear piece was found and the police started looking at the cameras in all the colleges. There was no camera inside the seminar hall, but the lobby of the seminar hall had cameras at both the entry and exit points and After 3:00 o'clock police starts to see who came inside the seminar hall and who went out and at the same time the police sees Sanjay Roy going into the seminar hall and on this the police There is more doubt because he was the only one who was not a doctor and had gone to the seminar hall and that too late at night and after 3:00 am, the victim and Sanjay Roy were the ones who stayed in the seminar hall for the longest time. Sanjay Roy was in the seminar and when he was exiting after spending 37 minutes inside the seminar, the Bluetooth ear piece that was around his neck at the time of entry was not there at the time of exit, otherwise due to this, there is suspicion on him and the police. She reaches his barrack, he had washed and changed his clothes, he was sleeping comfortably there and when the police took the Bluetooth ear piece near his mobile, it gets connected to it, so from here he is taken to his barrack. She wakes up and starts asking him questions and he starts telling all these things without any fear. When his mobile was checked, violent pornographic content was found inside it. His entire search history was full of all these things.
Now here he is. All things were going on and the principal of the college had said that who is the victim and why did she go to the seminar hall alone, people get angry about this and till August 11, Dr. They started protesting and also started demanding the resignation of the principal that they would surely find some link in this and the students who were there were saying on record that the lives of these evidences are being destroyed by asking them. Nowadays everything is not happening properly inside the college, there is definitely some problem in it and the most surprising thing in this was that such a big case had happened on one side, at the same time, on the same floor, which was a seminar hall, 20 meters away from it. The management started the construction work and the very next day there is so much pressure on the government and the principal that the principal resigns, but instead of accepting his resignation, he is sent to the National Medical College and Hospital, which is in Kolkata. He is transferred and it is seen as a promotion that on one hand so much has happened and on the other hand he is being transferred to another and better college on the same position. You will get the thing, the High Court used very harsh language and reprimanded the government, line by line pointed out the mistakes in the entire situation, because of the way the principal handled the situation, instead of punishing him, he is being promoted. And he is being sent to a good medical college and along with this, one more thing was said by the High Court that the authority was not standing with the victim's family and then considering all these things, this case i.e. red petition. 332 of 2024, it is transferred to CBI on 13th August.
The current situation here too was such that the protest was under the control of the government, but the next day i.e. on 14th August, Rimjhim Sinha, a student of Presidency College, posted on Facebook and told everyone to gather in front of the bus stand at night FOR WOMAN SAFETY AND JUSTICE FOR VICTIM and It was going out of control. And from here the news this incident reached different parts of India and it becomes very difficult for government of Mamta Banerjee, then 7000 to 8000 unknown people broke the boxes etc. and jumped over the boundary of the surgical hospital and entered inside the RG Karr college campus.
The MRI machine was broken. The CCTV footage is destroyed, the people who were protesting have to run away, the girls who were inside the hostel also get more worried as to what all these things are going on and along with this, there were these unknown people on the third floor. They even try to enter the place where this crime took place. Even the police are unable to do anything. Instead of doing anything, the police hide in the toilet. Look, these people had created this situation in this manner. Now the thing here was that the students who They are protesting, who will have any problem with this, who will send them to spoil this protest, because of this, things got worse and the direct accountability was becoming of the government, now this crowd that had come, some people from this crowd He was identified, his photo came out. Indian Express had published a report in which photos of some people from the crowd came out, whose links came out from TMC. The first photo of Soumik Das, this is Sukanta Sen Sharma, this is a local TMC leader. He used to work for them but TMC. Gave this clarification that a supporter can be anyone like this, we do not have any link in this. In the second photo, Rishikant Mishra is seen, he is also a worker of TMC and is also a building material supplier. Similarly, Subo Deep Kundu, the one standing in front of him is Soumyadeep. Both of them also came from TMC, similarly Tusi Haldar is also from TMC, so by doing this, the names of more people came up whose link was found to be from TMC, then the crowd got angry from here that it was not 100-200 people, it was several thousand people, well coordinated method. In the year 2001, a boy named Soumitra Biswas lived in Barrackpur. He had told his parents in the month of August that things are not going well in RG Karr Hospital, some wrong things are happening here and then some A day later i.e. on 25th of August 2021, Sumitra Biswas is found hanging from in RG Karr College and in the same manner as the case that is going on suicide case, Kolkata Police had come to do some investigation and they had said in their report that this is a suicide case. And as soon as they say that it is a suicide case, the parents clearly deny that the boy was happy, there was no problem, this is not a suicide case but what has been done is that Sumitra's parents write multiple letters to the government that There is something wrong going on in RG Karr College, their son cannot do this, do something about it and when nothing happens, the parents go to the court and the court looks after all the things, after that the CBI. No, but a CID investigation is started, the investigation continues for two-three years and in this investigation, many students and friends of Soumitra said in their statement that “some powerful people of the college union are involved in pornography work here.” Everyone knows about this thing but no one is able to do anything because these are powerful people. Further it was said that these people bring workers from nearby SonaGhazi inside the college and make pornographic content with them and They replace them with the images of famous heroines and sometimes when no one is available, a fresh female dead body is found inside the surgical hospital, then they make a film using it and sell it and Time also mentioned the name of seminar hall and room number 15 inside the same RG Karr Hospital and it was also said that sometimes the faces of the college girls were also used and their films were made because they were more It was sold quickly, so in this case also it was told that once Sumitra Vishwas had a picture of her girlfriend on her birthday, these people had taken it out, made a video and started circulating it.
Sumitra went to fight over this thing. And then in the same week, he was found hanging in room number 15 and when the investigation was going on regarding all these things, a room was also found where there was a tripod and a light refractor, that was also found by the CID today. It is still normal in a date but in 2001 it was not normal to meet so a lot happened regarding this but in this case too no one was caught and it was also a suicide case, that is why in today's date there are students and they want to get its details inquired because this case has also been added to the site and AG Karr College has a history of adding cases to the side.
Arjit Dutta in 2003, everyone was shocked as to how he lost his life later. It was found out that he had committed suicide.
Similarly, in 2016, the body of Gautam Pal, the department head of RG Karr Hospital, was found. He was also told that he had committed suicide.
In 2020 also, in the case of Paulami Shah, it was told that he had committed suicide.
There was also an intern in his life. It was told that there was an overdose, that is why everyone wants a detailed inquiry on what is actually going on in this college to know whether it is a coincidence or some deep conspiracy. If I talk about today's date, then CBI has submitted its progress report to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has strongly reprimanded it. It has been said that the crime scene has been tampered with. So, what actually happened will be revealed when the time comes, but the people of the country will not know. Because of this, people are protesting everywhere, people are scared, parents are afraid of sending their children anywhere. The victim with whom this incident happened was a very promising girl,
I see lots of video on that topic .The victim's parents have given an interview to BBC. If you read it, you cannot even imagine how much is wrong with that family. This accused Sanjay Ray has done a lot of cruelty to the victim, I have deliberately not added it in this because neither I’ll be able to tell nor you’ll be able to hear and every time you will see the same thing happens and then after some time people .We forget and then the same things happen again, so the government must do something for this, something must be done so that this thing does not happen again.
